14 day refund window
If you are not happy with Furnace, email us within 14 days of the payment date and we will refund that charge in full. This applies to both the monthly and the yearly plan.
How to ask for a refund
Send an email to hello@example.com from the address on your subscription and include the payment date and the transaction or invoice number if you have it. We reply to refund requests within two business days.
Where the money goes back to
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. We process the refund as soon as we approve it. Banks and card issuers often take another five to ten business days to show the money, and that part is out of our hands.
What happens to your access
When we refund a charge, your subscription ends and access to the launcher stops.
After the 14 day window
Cancelling after the window stops future charges. The period you already paid for runs to its end, and that period is not refunded. This is how most subscription services work, and it is spelled out here so there are no surprises.
Your statutory rights
If you live in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a digital service within 14 days of purchase. This policy honours that right automatically. Nothing in this policy reduces rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
Chargebacks
If you think a charge is wrong, email us first. We can usually fix it faster than a bank can. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute runs.
