To request a copy of your data, a correction, or a deletion, email us with the subject line "Privacy request". We respond within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Business and legal

Business enquiries, press, and legal notices can go to the same email address. Our legal entity is [your company name], and our mailing address is available on request.

Support requests

When reporting a problem with the launcher, include your Windows version, the Minecraft version of the profile involved, and the latest log file from the instance's logs folder. It usually cuts a day of back and forth.
